Plum Sour

  • 50ml Reliquum Plum
  • 20ml Bourbon
  • 15ml Caramel syrup
  • 10ml Lemon juice
  • 35ml whisked egg white
  • Grated lemon zest

Add the Reliquum Plum, Bourbon, Caramel syrup and lemon juice and to a shaker and mix well. Strain into a martini or coupe glass. Top with 35ml whisked egg whites and a little grated lemon zest.
